Welcome to the Village of Walton Hills
Former Ford Stamping Plant Property under New Ownership
The Village of Walton Hills has been informed that the Ford Motor Company has sold the former Walton Hills Ford Stamping Plant located at 7845 Northfield Road, Walton Hills, Ohio. The new ownership group consists of the DiGeronimo Companies, Scannell Properties, and Weston Inc. Ford has been preparing and marketing the site for sale since its closure.
The Village has been engaged with Ford on the marketing of the site and also met with several prospective purchasers, including the current and successful purchaser of the property. The new ownership group is comprised of nationally recognized leaders in the construction and real estate industry. The Village has had preliminary discussions with their team on the redevelopment plans for the 100+ acre site. Mayor Don Kolograf stated, “We are excited that the sale has closed and the Village is a major step closer to having a productive site with more job opportunities here in Walton Hills and Northeast Ohio. We look forward to working with the new owners.”
